Overview

Join us for a restorative and inspiring three-day retreat in the lush and peaceful beauty of Central America! The EFT Reflective Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the relentless noise and chaos of this present day to breathe. It is a time of respite and stillness, worship and reflection to rehearse what is true. It’s a time to remember God and call, to share our fears, find our courage and discover ourselves…again.

Donna Barber, minister and author, will lead us through times of reflection and worship using her most recent devotional, “Enough for Today: 40 Reflections for Surviving the Wilderness,” as a guide. Between sessions you’ll enjoy extended periods of rest and leisure, table and fellowship as well as exploration of the beautiful Costa Rican culture that is “Pura Vida” (pure life).

Meals: Your registration includes five full meals and snacks.

Accommodations: A beautiful, air-conditioned, three-story, 10-bedroom Casa, located in the hills of Manuel Antonio and Quepos; onsite pools, hot tub and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Space is limited so reserve your room now.

Sales End:  August 1, 2026; Questions? Contact Donna at dbarber.voices@gmail.com
